🛒For pricing, there are 2 rates, one for YouTube subscribers and another for non-YouTube subscribers (people not subscribed to or not familiar with my YouTube content).

These rates are for a limited time only and will continue to rise due to limited slots and very heavy demand.

  1. For non-YouTube subscribers (people not familiar with my YouTube content), the rate is $3,335 for 16 weeks (4 months) or $1,668 for 8 weeks (2 months) , which is only about $30 a day.

  2. For YouTube subscribers or people familiar with my YouTube content, a ~40% discount is automatically applied, so the rate is $2000 for 16 weeks (4 months), or $1000 for 8 weeks (2 months), which comes out to only $18 a day. By comparison, the average sh*tty and unhealthy junk food meals (such as burger, drink & fries, overpriced sugar-filled coffee etc.) that got you out of shape in the first place costs around $15-20 a day.

You will need 5 things:

  1. 📊A scale (ideally a ~$50-60 body analyzer scale, but a normal one is fine if you can’t afford a body analyzer scale)

  2. 📊A Cronometer account (FREE)

  3. 📱A Discord account for phone calls (FREE)

  4. 🏋️‍♂️A Gym membership or weight set at home

  5. 😤Discipline when it comes to TRACKING daily food intake and training. I cannot help you effectively if I do not have information about your daily food intake and activity levels. It’s ok to mess up on your diet, no one is perfect, but it is NOT ok to not track what you eat on the days that you do mess up.

🛒The consultation rate varies depending on how busy I am, starting as low as $165 per 15 minutes for non-YouTube subscribers, and a ~40% off discount for YouTube subscribers ($100 per 15 minutes). If you cannot afford this rate AND the issue you need help with is serious or urgent, email me with the subject line “Serious/Urgent consultation”, and I will be able to give you up to an additional 50% discount off the YT subscribers rate (which now comes out to $50 for 15 minutes), if I have open slots. The busier my life schedule gets, the higher the rate, so this rate is subject to increase over time.
